    2 tbsp : Vegetable oil

    2 : Eggs

    1/2 cup : Matzo meal

    2 tbsp : Ice water

    1 tbsp : Kosher Salt

    STEPS TO MAKE THIS DISH

    Instruction: 1. In large bowl beat eggs, oil and water..

    Instruction: 2. Add matzo meal and salt..

    Time: 3 min

    Instruction: 3. Mix just until blended. Do not over mix..

    Instruction: 4. Cover and place in refrigerator for 20 mins..

    Instruction: 5. Meantime bring 6 cups of water to a boil..

    Instruction: 6. After 20 mins, remove chilled matzo ball mix from refrigerator..

    Instruction: 7. Moisten hands and form into 1 inch balls. Try not to overwork them..
